When thinking about working with Charisma who served as my Mentor Coach, I think about breakthroughs! She does an impeccable job with creating a safe place to learn and grow, as well as having the best energy to celebrate others. Her powerful questions have challenged me to get out of my comfort zone and have breakthroughs that move me closer to achieving my goals as a coach and business owner. Charisma’s coaching services were truly a blessing in my life. I have always heard about coaching services, but with the stigma centered around seeking professional help, I was discouraged.  I began to speak with Charisma casually about some of my personal challenges, especially recent traumas. There were times where I had not realized that I was talking for hours because her pure intentions, open-ended, yet thought provoking questions allowed me to pour my heart out to her. She was so empathetic and you could clearly tell that she was in tune with God. Participating in the group coaching sessions were so therapeutic and granted me the opportunity to meet some amazing young ladies from all walks of life. Charisma was able to create this community full of accountability, support and vulnerability which allowed me to willingly and eagerly open up after each session. I was blessed to work with Charisma early in my Coach Training journey. During that time, I was filled with Uncertainty and resistance to building my Coaching practice; I felt underqualified. Thankfully, Charisma was an encouraging guiding light. Although I’ve only had a few sessions with Charisma, her guidance has already made a powerful difference in my journey.
